how the auto water changer works!

optical sensors

a fresh look at the optical water level sensor, often known as infrared.

the sensor i have used originates from china (as do most) and has been

reasonably reliable,

however, recently availability has become limited and reliability far less than I would like - a new type has become available which can be used on the ATU-Pro units, a slight modification will be required and these will be released shortly

here are the replacements, there are 2 noticeable differences, first there is no conical component and its a 3 wire device (original was 4)

UPDATE: the new sensors need to be mounted in a sideways orientation and a magnetic mount is available if required, also additional circuitry is required and is included

THIS SENSOR IS NOW AVAILABLE SUPPLIED WITH OR WITHOUT MAGMOUNT CLICK HERE!
