Great product for easy water changes would be ideal if handles were fitted for transportation, I have also fitted an inline shut off valve on the return pipe as an extra protection from water siphoning back out.
there are reasons for both, even with handles carrying 53 litres of water would not be adviseable (or possible for most) safety reasons also prevent a shut off valve in the intake pipe, if forgotten to open when emptying it would result in container damage.
Fast postage came in two days, was initially missing a piece but after an email to Gordon (he replied in two minutes... LITERALLY. The part came a day later first class.
Never been a fan of mixing my own salt, So I bought two drums filled the machine up and switched it on.
Two hours later it was done spot on no mess wheeled it over to the sink and flipped the switch to empty. (Bought a little dolly trolly from toolstation) spot on and couldn't be easier.
I have been dosing for the last 3 months and although everything is stable I could see a different in my corals the day after.
Great product Gordon keep up the good work.
Well… 1st water change with this device was a dream. I will have to adjust my new routine: mixing downstairs and some stairs up or mixing in living room… where to put the tubes when transporting… but first try was great!
So far: work’s great 👍
Its so easy an clean to change my 10% water on my reef. Only point im missing is an on/off button. Bit this is peanut. Absolutly worth it. Thanks Gordon!!! Very quick deliver
point taken but it does turn off automatically, adding a power switch would allow a weak point that salt water may ingress - feedback much appreciated
