Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to the size and weight of the items that we sell on our site, returns can be expensive. Before purchasing, please ensure the product you order is the correct size & suitable for your specific use. If you need further guidance or support, do not hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to help.
NOTE – Returns must be requested within 14 days of the goods arrival otherwise the item/s will not be accepted back.
All standard AWC and ATU units (i.e. no customisation) are returnable but return shipping back to Reefloat is to be paid by the customer. Please ensure the item has been adequately wrapped to ensure the products are returned in the same condition they arrived. Once they have been inspected, a refund will be issued *minus fee's incurred to reefloat at the time of purchase (ie card provider/paypal fee's) will be deducted from total amount refunded in line with current card and paypal provider policies whom do not refund said fee's
If the product is believed to be faulty, a full refund or replacement will be given once the product has been inspected.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.* SEE ABOVE - Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
